Welcome to Aaron's portfolio!
My name is Aaron Madhavan, and thank you for visiting my portfolio. Please visit this website's about section to learn more about me.
In 2007 I joined the American Bar Association's Section of International Law as a staff assistant and became interested in web development. To explore this interest, I enrolled in an HTML course at Montgomery College where I heard about a webmaster certificate program, TechLEAP. I enrolled in the TechLEAP program in September 2008, and have since graduated.
I was in the TechLEAP program for one year, and studied a broad range of computer subjects ranging from web applications to the various Visual Studio programming languages. My focus was in web development, WebLEAP.
After completing my studies, I began searching for my first position as a professional web developer. About 9 months after completing school I was given the opportunity to join Gannett Government Media as a Jr. Web Developer. I have been with GGMC for one year now, In this position I have increased my skills through the various projects that I have worked on.
This portfolio highlights many of the skills that I have gained, as well as several examples of my scholastic and professional work.
